Lakeshore Modern Update

This 1970's open plan home was updated to 21st Century living, while respecting its past. The overabundance of honey colored wood was toned down by installing a new hardwood with a more softer, aged quality, while the walls were repainted to a lighter color. An eclectic blend of modern and older furnishings, was curated with textural fabrics and leathers to provide a feeling of casual elegance.
