Our Interview & Onboarding Approach

At Studio Ridge, we believe that building the right team is just as important as creating beautiful spaces. Our interview and onboarding process is intentionally thoughtful and unhurried, giving both you and our team the opportunity to truly get to know one another. We see hiring as the beginning of a long-term relationship, and we take care to ensure it’s the right fit on both sides.

Our process includes up to four meaningful touchpoints before an offer is made. It begins with an exploratory video call, followed by an in-person meeting with ownership and senior team members.
